Meet Songtree

For the last 19 years, Senate District 2 has had no Democratic candidate! Voters have had to either vote for a Republican candidate or not have a voice at all in their choice for a Democratic nominee. I believe representation matters and I am honored to run for State Senate District 2!

I have been a San Juan County resident for over two decades. In this time, my career has been in human resources pivoting post pandemic to education. My husband and I have raised a family, and serve in various leadership positions honoring a core value of service to the community.
